Bardsley DePriest was born prematurely on the 4th of December 1913 in Manassa, Conejos, Colorado, United States. He was the second son and second child born to Jesse Thomas DePriest and Freda "Pearl" Von Cannon. Bardsley only lived a few hours dying the same day he was born [1]. Simeon A. Dunn gave him a blessing before his death [2]. He is buried in the Old Manassa Cemetery located in Conejos County [3]. His grave is in the DePriest Baby Section near his 3 brothers and 1 sister.
